ONE EVALUATION. FULL INTEGRATION.

The Integrated Insight – Signature Package provides a coordinated, defensible evaluation for cases involving trauma, prolonged work absence, or failed return-to-work attempts.

It is a premium 2 or 3-day in-clinic evaluation and expert PsychoEmotional Cognitive Functional Capacity Evaluation (PEC FCE) designed for clients with complex mental health, cognitive, and physical barriers to employment.

Whether your client hasn’t worked for years or function declines with the slightest stressor—this evaluation brings it all into view.

Not all disruption is visible. The Integrated Insight PEC FCE identifies how pain, fatigue, emotion and cognition can disrupt function.

What Is the Integrated Insight Package?

The PsychoEmotional Cognitive FCE (PEC FCE) is our most advanced functional assessment. It combines in-depth analysis of emotional, cognitive, and physical functioning, with real-time behavioral tracking to uncover how the client performs across domains—not just in isolated tasks.

Optional add-ons for vision and vestibular testing expand the scope for clients with overlapping post-concussion or sensory processing symptoms.

Man covering one eye, with glazed expression and disengaged look. Used on PEC FCE landing page to illustrate how cognitive and emotional overload can quietly affect function. Represents mental fatigue, emotional dysregulation, and invisible effort.
When emotional and cognitive systems are strained, even simple tasks can become overwhelming.

Why it Matters

Diagnoses like PTSD, major depressive disorder, and severe anxiety

can prevent work altogether—even if the client appears functional in structured settings.

These limitations are often misunderstood, minimized, or not evaluated at all.

The Integrated Insight  PEC FCE  helps answer:

  • Why isn’t the client working—despite “mild” appearing symptoms?

  • Why has return-to-work failed?

  • Is durable employability possible?

  • What level of support or care is functionally necessary?

Who is this for?

  • Clients with psychological trauma, PTSD, severe anxiety, depression

  • Clients with prolonged work absence or failed RTW attempts

  • Complex presentations involving Somatic Symptom Disorder

  • Clients whose symptoms escalate with minimal stress or stimulation

  • Individuals needing comprehensive assessment across physical, cognitive, and emotional domains
