One Practice.  Three Areas of Expertise. One Integrated Approach.

At Clarity FCE & Therapies, our mission is to restore function and rebuild lives through specialized Functional Capacity Evaluations, targeted therapy, and integrated care. With over 25 years of clinical experience, our work brings together physical, cognitive, and psychoemotional perspectives to support meaningful, lasting outcomes.

Clarity also provides Employee & Family Assistance Program (EFAP) services through our Clarity Connect model of coordinated and proactive care designed to support early access, engagement, and continuity.

Our Story

Founded by Jasmine Shivji, Occupational Therapist, Registered Clinical Counsellor, and Certified Vocational Rehabilitation Professional, Clarity FCE & Therapies Inc. was built on the belief that recovery is never one-dimensional.

Jasmine’s work spans medico-legal evaluations, complex injury rehabilitation, chronic pain counselling, and cognitive rehabilitation—bringing a rare ability to integrate physical, cognitive, and emotional factors into a clear understanding of function, capacity, and what comes next.
