One Practice.
Three Areas of Expertise.
One Integrated Approach to Complex Human Challenges.
Clarity FCE & Therapies Inc. is a multidisciplinary practice built on the understanding that human challenges are rarely isolated—and cannot be fully understood or effectively addressed through a single lens.
Our work brings together occupational therapy, psychotherapy, and vocational expertise to understand how physical, cognitive, and psychological factors interact across work and life contexts.
Rather than focusing on one domain in isolation, Clarity provides an integrated approach that supports deeper understanding, informed decision-making, and clear direction across individuals, teams, and organizations.
Our Story
Clarity was founded by Jasmine Shivji, Occupational Therapist, Registered Clinical Counsellor, and Certified Vocational Rehabilitation Professional, with a vision to move beyond one-dimensional approaches to complex human challenges.
Her work spans medico-legal evaluations, psychological and cognitive assessment, chronic pain counselling, and workplace and organizational consultation—bringing a rare ability to integrate multiple perspectives into a cohesive and practical understanding of what people are experiencing and what is needed next.
Over time, this work has evolved beyond individual assessment and treatment to include broader organizational and system-level engagement, supporting not only individuals, but also the environments in which they work and live.
