WORKPLACE & ORGANIZATIONAL SUPPORT
Clarity FCE & Therapies Inc. delivers workplace mental health and Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP) services through Clarity Connect, a coordinated and proactive model designed to support early access to care, meaningful engagement, and continuity of service.
Individuals often access support once concerns have become more significant or difficult to manage. By supporting earlier recognition and engagement, Clarity Connect helps reduce the likelihood that challenges escalate to the point of requiring reactive or crisis-oriented intervention.
Clarity Connect is intentionally designed to support earlier identification, reduce barriers to access, and connect individuals to the right support at the right time.
Clarity Connect provides a responsive, human, and effective pathway into care, supporting both individual well-being and overall organizational health.

Services may include:

Employee & Family Assistance Program (EFAP) counselling

Short-term, goal-oriented counselling support

Centralized intake, clinical screening, and coordinated referral services

Services are available in-person (where applicable), as well as through secure virtual and telephone-based formats to ensure accessibility and flexibility.

Supporting Early Recognition & Engagement

A key focus of Clarity Connect is supporting individuals in recognizing when support may be helpful — even before concerns become more significant or disruptive.
Through clear, accessible education and thoughtful communication, individuals are better able to identify changes in their well-being or functioning and feel more comfortable engaging with available supports.
This emphasis on early recognition reduces delays in care, improves engagement, and supports meaningful and effective use of EFAP services.
Our services are structured to support engagement from the initial point of contact through to completion of care. This includes centralized intake, brief clinical screening, and coordinated matching to ensure individuals are connected to the right support at the right time.
Clarity Connect also incorporates proactive engagement strategies, including psychologically informed communication and optional counsellor profiles, which help reduce barriers to access and make it easier for individuals to recognize when support may be beneficial.
Clarity Connect supports earlier intervention, effective use of services, and a consistent and human experience for both employees and organizations.
